Cookie Policy
Version 1.0 — Effective from 15 September 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Studio Synapse di Fabrizio Mainardi di Pescia (VAT No. IT13965140968, Via Coste di Lagolo 12, 38076 Madruzzo (TN), Italy) uses cookies and similar technologies on theoutreachmachine.com and its language subpages, and how you can control them. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device and reads on subsequent visits. Similar technologies include browser local storage, which stores data in your browser without sending it to the server on every request. They are used to remember preferences, measure how a site is used, or enable advertising. Cookies can be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by other providers, such as analytics services).
2. Our approach to consent
We set analytics cookies only after you give your consent. Until then, the Google Analytics script is not loaded and no analytics cookies are created. When you first visit the site, a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies; your choice is stored in your browser and respected on all pages. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page, and rejecting cookies is as easy as accepting them.
3. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary storage (no consent required)
These are needed to run basic site functions. We do not currently set first-party cookies for these functions; instead we use browser local storage:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| tom-consent | Local storage | Records your cookie choice so we do not ask again (and the banner reappears after 180 days) | 180 days |
| tom-theme | Local storage | Remembers whether you prefer the light or dark theme | Until you clear your browser data |
| tom-lang | Local storage | Remembers your language preference | Until you clear your browser data |
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-YTF37JQJTV, provided by Google Ireland Limited) to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use our pages — for example which sections are read and which devices are used. IP addresses are not used to identify you, and we do not combine analytics data with other information to profile you.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Distinguishes unique visitors for statistics | Up to 2 years | |
| _ga_YTF37JQJTV | Maintains session state for Google Analytics 4 | Up to 2 years |
Marketing or profiling cookies
We do not currently use marketing, advertising or profiling cookies on this website.
4. Third-party resources
- Google Fonts: the site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). This involves a connection to Google servers which receives your IP address; no cookies are set by Google Fonts.
- Google Analytics: loaded only after your consent, as described above. Google may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses; see Google's privacy policy.
5. How to manage or withdraw your consent
- On this site: click "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page to reopen the banner, then choose "Accept all" or "Reject non-essential". If you previously accepted and now reject, we delete the analytics cookies already set. Your choice is remembered for 180 days, after which we ask again.
- In your browser: all major browsers let you view, delete and block cookies in their settings (see the help pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge). Blocking all cookies may affect how the site works.
6. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the technologies we use or when the law requires it. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. If we introduce new categories of cookies, we will update the banner and ask for your consent again where required.
7. Contact
For any question about this Cookie Policy or the processing of your personal data, contact us at [email protected]. You can also read our Privacy Policy for more information about your rights and how to exercise them.
